Trace Sensitivity
Description Adjust the trace to follow the waveform for signal strength.
Adjusting Press the left or right arrow key to select value.
Values From -10 to 10.
Benefits If the signal is very faint, changing the Trace Sensitivity will allow
the system to lock onto that signal strength.
PW/CF Ratio
PW/CF Ratio The PW/CF Ratio is active when “Depend Triplex” is on in triplex
mode. It is used to set the PRF ratio between PW and CFM.
Adjusting Press PW/CF Ratio to select the ratio.
NOTE: Set “Dependent Triplex” to the on position at the Utility ->
Imaging -> PW menu before using this feature.
Values 1–CFM and PW PRF are the same
2–PW PRF is twice the CFM
4–PW PRF is four time the CFM
Benefits Optimizes PW PRF in Triplex mode. Decrease aliasing without
changing PRF or CFM.
Duplex
Description Duplex On: simultaneous B-Mode + PW Mode.
Duplex Off: toggle live B-Mode + PW Mode via B Pause.
Adjusting Press Duplex.
Values On/Off.
Benefits Allows you to have both B-Mode and PW Doppler Mode active
at the same time.
