Direct Report
You can use the Direct Report to enter Comments, Diagnosis
and Referral Reasons. The comments are reflected on the
Report if the Report is configured for those parameters.
1. Use the Trackball and select Menu on the bottom-right
corner of the screen. The System Menu displays.
2. Select Direct Report and press Set.
