9.7.3 Starting with Frequency Matching
 How to start the inverter at a frequency command that corresponds to the speed of the motor,
which is idling?
 How to restart the inverter to match the frequency for the speed of the motor, which is idling,
when there is a trip retry, free run stop, or reset, or when the power is turned on?
 When the frequency matching restart is selected as restart function, the same operation when
"Active frequency matching restart" is selected in each restart method selection and "Active
frequency matching restart speed selection [b030]" is set to "Output frequency at shut down
(00)" is performed.
The frequency matching restart function can be set for each of the following functions.
- Instantaneous power failure / undervoltage restart ([b001] = 02)
- Overcurrent/overvoltage restart ([b008] = 02)
- Restart after free-run release ([b088] = 01)
- Restart after reset release or powering-on ([C103] = 01)
 For the details of operation when frequency matching restart is selected for one of the above
functions, refer to "9.7.4 Starting with Active Frequency Matching".
 When "RUN command input source selection [A002]" is set to "Keypad (RUN-key) (02)", the RUN
command is also turned off when "Free-run [FRS]" or "Reset [RS]" is turned on. At this time, if
restart after free-run release or restart after reset release is set, pressing the RUN key on the
keypad to start operation starts the retry operation. In the case of an instantaneous power
failure/undervoltage restart or an overvoltage/overcurrent restart, the RUN command remains
on.
