9.16.2 Delaying and Holding Output Signals
 How to slow down the output signal response?
 How to suppress signal chattering?
 On-delay time and off-delay time can be set for each output terminal.
 All output signals are immediately turned on or off when the condition is satisfied. Chattering
may occur depending on the selected signal. Use this function to hold/delay such signals.
