Chapter 9 Inverter Functions
9-11-4
9.11.4 Outputting a Warning When Current Is Low
 How to make a notification that the output current of the motor has dropped?
 How to detect a decrease in the motor current when a load is released?
 Assigning "Low current signal [LOC] (43)" to one of the output terminal functions
([C021]/[C022]/[C026]) enables the inverter to output a low current signal.
 A low current detection signal can be output when the load becomes lighter.
 The low current signal is output when the output current falls below the "Low current detection
level [C039]".
 By changing the "Low current signal output mode selection [C038]", the signal can be output
according to the operating state.
 When an analog input is used for the output frequency command input source, the frequency
command input may not be determined as constant speed due to fine fluctuations in the
frequency input. In this case, change the "Low current signal output mode selection [C038]" to
"Enable during running (00)" or increase the "Analog input filter time constant [A016]".
Sets the filter that acts on the [OL],
[OL2], and [LOC] detection levels.
Low current signal [LOC]:
This signal turns on when the
output current falls to or below
the low current detection level.
â– When [C038] is set to "Enabled during running (00)"
â– When [C038] is set to "Enabled only during constant speed (01)"
