Chapter 9 Inverter Functions
9-7-7
Active frequency matching restart after free run release/reset release ([b088] = 02, [C103] = 02)
 To perform the active frequency matching restart after releasing a free run stop, set the "Restart
mode after FRS release [b088]" to "Active frequency matching restart (02)".
 To perform an active frequency matching restart after a reset release, set the "Restart mode after
RS release [C103]" to "Active frequency matchin restart (02)".
 When the retry wait time has elapsed after the "Free run stop [FRS] (11)" terminal turned off, the
active frequency matching restart is performed without stopping the motor.
 If an overcurrent trip occurs during the active frequency matching restart, increase the retry wait
time.
Restart mode after FRS
release
Performs the active frequency
matching restart.
Retry wait time after
instantaneous power
failure/undervoltage error
Sets the wait time from a free run
stop release or a reset release
until the restart.
Active frequency matching
restart level
Sets the current limit value at the
active frequency matching restart.
(0.2 to 2.0)
×
rated current (A)
(ND mode)
(0.2 to 1.5)
×
rated current (A)
(LD mode)
Active frequency matching
restart constant (speed)
Sets the deceleration time when
the current is increased.
Active frequency matching
restart speed selection
Starts at the frequency of the
previous power interruption.
Starts at the maximum frequency
setting.
Starts at the current command
frequency.
Restart mode after RS
release
Performs the active frequency
matching restart.
 If restart after reset release is set to active frequency matching restart, power-up startup also
operates in active frequency mathing.
â—¼ (Example 6) Active frequency matching restart after free run/reset release
Active frequency matching restart
Free run [FRS]
Reset [RS]
â—¼ (Example 7) Active frequency matching restart at power-up startup
Active frequency matching restart
Only the first RUN command
after power-on is subject to
restart.
