Operations of "Enable instantaneous power failure/undervoltage error while in stop status [b004]"
 [b004] is used to select whether or not a trip signal is output when an instantaneous power
failure or undervoltage error occurs in stop status.
 The trip signal is output while the inverter's control power remains.
■ For [b004] = "Disable (00)"
■ For [b004] = "Enable (01)"
■ For [b004] = "Disable at Stop/Decel. Stop (02)"
