[Ao1] terminal output gain/bias adjustment
The gain/bias of the analog output can be adjusted to match the meter connected to the [Ao1]
terminal.
When reset input is applied, the bias temporarily becomes 0%.
After adjusting the bias with [C109], use [C106] to adjust the gain so that the meter is at the full
scale.
