Change from WJ200 to WJ-C1
A selection of the "Display restriction selection [b037]" becomes invalid and the initial value
has been changed as follows.
00: Full display
04: Basic display (initial value)
00: Full display (initial value)
04: (Invalid)
Parameters that are not initialized at the initialization are different between WJ200 series
and WJ-C1. Parameters checked with ✓ in the table below are not initialized.
Non-initialized parameter
Accumulated RUN time monitor
Accumulated power-on time monitor
Initialize data selection
Initialize target selection
[Ai1] Input gain adjustment
[Ai2] Input gain adjustment
Thermistor gain adjustment
Current position at power off
* This parameter is initialized to "All parameters (00)" when switching the inverter mode.
Cooling fan
control
method
The operation when the "Cooling fan control method selection [b037]" is "While inverter
operates (01)" or "Depends on temperature (02)" has been changed as follows.
While
inverter
operates (01)
ON: At power-on or during
running
OFF: 5 minutes after stop
ON: During running
OFF: 3 minutes after stop
* Cooling fan is not turned off if
temperature of the cooling fin is
not lower than the defined value.
Depends on
temperature
(02)
ON: Over the defined
temperature
OFF: Under the defined
temperature
ON: Over the defined
temperature
OFF: Under the defined
temperature for 3 minutes
WJ-C1 can select enable/disable of the "Ground fault [E14.*]" by the "Detect ground fault
selection [b098]". The initial value of [b098] is "Disable (00)".
Always enable
(No parameter)
00: Disable (initial value)
01: Enable
Following parameters that cannot be changed during running on WJ200 series can
change always including during running on WJ-C1.
・"Torque limit 1 (Forward drive) [b041]"
・"Torque limit 2 (Reverse regenerative) [b042]"
・"Torque limit 3 (Reverse drive) [b043]"
・"Torque limit 4 (Forward regenerative) [b044]"
On WJ200 series, when "Reset mode selection [C102]" is any of (00) to (02), reset to the initial
state of inverter (system reset) is performed at "Reset [RS]" operation. When [C102] is (03), only
the trip is released and the system reset is not performed.
On WJ-C1, for all settings of [C102] ((00) to (03)), the system reset is not performed.
00: Reset at turn-ON
01: Reset at turn-OFF
02: Only enable in trip status
(Trip release at turn-ON)
03: Only trip release
00: Reset at turn-ON
01: Reset at turn-OFF
02: Only enable in trip status
(Trip release at turn-ON)
03: Only enable in trip status
(Trip release at turn-ON,
clear only trip memory)
Analog
current input
error
"Analog current input error [E26.*]", which occurs when an excessive current flows through the
analog current input terminal [Ai2], is added on WJ-C1.
When this error occurred, power-off the inverter and check the wirings.
