• Click SIP Extension Settings.
• Under Others, in Call Pick-up Group, assign the group number. Refer to the sheet of paper you
prepared.
• Click Submit.
Call Pick-Up in Class of Service
Decide which extensions are to be assigned to Call Pick-Up groups. Ensure that the feature Call Pick-Up is enabled
in the Class of Service (COS) of these extensions.
