Reassembly
1. Install end frame on brush holder. Align holes of
end frame with holes of brush holder. Tighten
screws securely.

2. Insert armature into field frame. Align brush hold-
er lead with notch in field frame.
NOTE: Permanent magnets in field frame will pull
armature in place.

3. Coat roller bearings and gear with a small
amount of Quicksilver 2-4-C Marine Lubricant
with Teflon.

4. Assemble gear and shaft together, as shown.

5. Assemble drive on shaft assembly as follows:
a. Lubricate drive end of shaft assembly with
SAE 10W oil.
b. Slide drive assembly onto shaft with pinion
outward.
c. Slide retainer onto shaft with cupped surface
facing end of shaft (away from pinion).
