7. Clamp bearing housing in a soft jaw vise with
flange end up.
8. Coat quad ring seal with Quicksilver 2-4-C Ma-
rine Lubricant With Teflon and install into groove
in housing.

REASSEMBLY (TWO PIECE BODY)
1. Place inner wear plate on housing and align
holes. Coat both sides of a new wear plate gasket
with a thin film of Quicksilver Perfect Seal and po-
sition on wear plate.

2. Install impeller into pump body by turning impel-
ler in direction that it will be turning in operation,
while simultaneously pushing inward. All impeller
blades must face in same direction.
