When using center feed, set the SW1 switch located on the back of
the adapter as follows:
11.2.2 Installation
1. Set the SW1 switch on the ILPA-R adapter to the correct
setting for the ethernet switch to which it is to be connected.
2. Set the switch setting on the NEC IPhone or IP adapter to the
correct position.
