7.2.6.1. CFIN Mode: Parameter FW < 0
This mode is to report completion of positioning operation.
Execution of positioning command, such as program positioning operation, edits the
commanded position. Thus, the output IPOS (In-position) will be forcibly opened.
◊ For every input of starting command, the output IPOS is ensured to be opened longer
than the value of the parameter FW.
It also opens for at least the time set in the parameter IS (In-position stability timer) to
check the stability of positioning.
The System confirms the settling condition when the Motor reaches to the target position. It closes the
output IPOS when residual pulses in the error counter is less or equal to the set value of the parameter
IN (In-position limit), and maintains this state.

The System always confirms completion of positioning every time the inputting pulses pause in
the pulse train command operation. If the inputting pulses are intermittent, set the parameter IS
longer. Otherwise the output IPOS signal will be unstable.

The parameter FW sets the minimum holding time to keep the output IPOS open for the
confirmation even for a very short operating time. (The unit is 1 millisecond. When the
parameter is set to FW10, the time is 10 ms.)
