8.8.1.2. Home Return Mode: OS5
 The OS5 mode is to detect the rising edge of the input HLS (Home position limit).
 Repeatability of the home position depends on the sensitivity of the limit sensor in this mode.

8.8.1.3. Home Return Mode: OS1
 The OS1 mode is to detect the signal rising edge of input HLS (Home position limit).
 Repeatability of the home position depends on the sensitivity of the limit sensor in this mode.

8.8.1.4. Home Return Mode: OS3
 The OS3 mode is to return to the position at the neared phase Z signal after detection of the
signal rising edge of the input HLS.
 The home position is set at the position of phase Z signal, thus assuring repeatability of home
position regardless of the sensitivity of the limit sensor.
