7.2.4. Servo State: SVST
This signal reports that the Motor servo is active.

This signal can be used to check if the Motor servo is activated by the input SVON (Servo on).
When the Motor servo is activated, a positioning operation is executable by an instructed
positioning operation command or a pulse train input.
For a strict check if a positioning operation is possible, confirm that all of the following
conditions are met including the output SVST.
◊ Output SVST: closed (The servo is on.)
◊ Output WRN: closed (No warning is occurring.)
◊ Input STP: OFF (A positioning is operable.)
