7.2.6.4. In-position Limit: Parameter IN
 This parameter states positioning accuracy.
 The output IPOS closes when the absolute values in the error counter is less or equal to the
setting value of the parameter IN.
 The unit is the resolution of the position sensor (pulse).

arc seconds, which is to be specified for a PS type Motor, to the unit of pulse.

7.2.6.5. Parameter IS: In-position Stability Timer
 This is to check the stability of positioning operation.
 In case of the IPOS mode, the output IPOS signal might become unstable at settling stage of a
positioning if the parameter IN is set to low value (approximately IN100 or lower) even the
servo gain is well tuned.
◊ Setting the parameter IS is to prevent the problem.
 In case of both CFIN mode and FIN mode, the setting of parameter IS prevents outputting IPOS
signal before the Motor settles in the position.
