7.2.8. Position Feedback Signal
The position feedback signal monitors the rotational amount of the Motor in øA/øB format and
the Motor reference position by the øZ pulse.
The signal can be used for controlling the position scale in the master controller.
The total edge count number of øA and øB pulses for a one revolution of the Motor can be freely
divided by the parameter FR (Feedback signal resolution).
The number of the øZ pulses for one revolution of the Motor is 80 pulses.
◊ The parameter FZ (Feedback phase Z configuration) specifies the signal configuration
of phase Z.
