A setting of resolution will automatically specify the parameter VL (Velocity limiter). This is
because the maximum edge outputting frequency of the feedback signal is limited to 3 125 000
[count/rev.] maximum. (Both for øA and øB is 781 [kHz] each.)
◊ The parameter VL is automatically set not to exceed above limits, and thus the
maximum speed of a positioning operation is also limited not to exceed the VL setting.
◊ In case of a pulse train command positioning, be sure to control the inputting pulse
frequency not to rotate the Motor faster than the VL value.
◊ The allowable speed of each Motor type is another restriction besides the parameter
VL. Please refer to “2.5 Motor Specifications”.
