P    IZ: Incremental Positioning, Phase Z 
 Executes a positioning in the specified direction to the nearest phase Z from the current position. 
 If the current position is the same as the above described position, no positioning will be 
performed. (Only outputs the confirm signal for the completion of positioning.

 The velocity follows the setting of the parameter HZ (Home return near-zero velocity).
