Fuel Camshaft and Governor Weight
1. Separate the governor housing assembly from the injection
pump unit. (See page 1-S42.)
2. Remove the governor sleeve (1).
3. Remove the injection pump assembly (4).
4. Remove the fuel camshaft lock screws.
5. Install the injection pump unit to the crankcase 1 again and
temporarily tighten unit.
6. Fix the flywheel with the flywheel stopper and loosen the
injection pump gear mounting nut (5).
7. Remove the governor weight mounting nut (3) and the governor
weight (2).
8. Separate the injection pump unit from the crankcase 1.
NOTE
Do not use the fuel camshaft lock screws, when removing
the governor weight mounting nut. Otherwise, the lock
screws or injection pump housing might get damage.
IMPORTANT
This injection pump gear mounting nut (5) has left-handed
screw. To loose this nut, rotate clockwise (viewed from
flywheel side).
