Governor Lever
1. Remove the spring pin (3).
2. Remove the speed control lever (2) and the return spring (1).
3. Remove the governor lever assembly (4) from the governor
housing.
4. Remove the start spring (6).

Stop Lever
1. Remove the spring pin (3).
2. Remove the stop lever (2) and the return spring (1).
3. Remove the stop lever shaft (4).
