LSD Disc and Steel Plate
1. Draw out the LSD side gear (4), LSD shim (5), steel plates (3),
LSD discs (6) and belleville washers (cupped spring washer)
(2).
(When reassembling)
• Apply transmission fluid to the LSD discs.
• Apply molybdenum disulfide (Three Bond 1901 or equivalent) to
side gear and gear.
• Assemble the belleville washers (cupped spring washer) as
shown in the figure.
• Check the slip torque of LSD after assembly, the differential
