Preparation 2
 Without discharging the refrigerant from system
1. Remove the air conditioner belt (2).
2. Remove the compressor (3) and condenser (4) without
removing the air conditioner hoses.
3. Disconnect the heater hoses (1).
(When reassembling)
• Be sure to assemble the heater hoses to the original position.
Note the inlet and outlet hose.
• Take care not to damage the air condenser fin.
• After reassembling the compressor, be sure to adjust the air
condenser belt tension. (See page G-25.)

Preparation 3
1. Remove the steering joint shaft (2).
2. Remove the hose clamp (3).
3. Disconnect the accelerator wire (4).
4. Remove the brake hoses (1) and (5) from the brake master
cylinder.
(When reassembling)
