Registering the Product

After the software image is uploaded, a page announces that the firmware
update has been initiated. After about a minute, the firmware is updated
and the switch is rebooted.

AUTION
:
While the firmware is being updated, Web access appears to be
defunct. The front LED flashes Green/Off at a frequency of 10 Hz while the
firmware update is in progress. Do not reset or power off the device at this
time or the switch may fail to function afterwards.

REGISTERING THE PRODUCT
Use the Register Product page to register your switch online if you have not
already done so. The Register Product page provides a convenient link to
the Edgecore web site for this purpose.
WEB INTERFACE
To register your switch:
1. Click Maintenance, Register Product.
2. Click the Register Now button.
Once you have selected your country, you will be directed to the main page
where you can click on SUPPORT to register your product.
