transmit collisions are detected on a port.

port excessive [port-list] [discard | restart]
port-list - A specific port or a range of ports. (Range: 1-28, or all)
discard - Discards a frame after 16 collisions.
restart - Restarts the backoff algorithm after 16 collisions.
