Below is the DSC Numeric keypad mapping for compressor and gate param-
eters and the available range for each parameter. Note that the available
range of some parameters is sometimes dependent on where other param-
eters are set (e.g., the range of possible values for Compression Knee can be
affected by the Threshold setting).
