Interleaved 2 of 5
Purpose: Enables or disables decoding of Interleaved 2 of 5 (I 2 of 5) symbology. I 2 of 5 is a
high-density, self-checking, continuous numeric symbology. It is mainly used in inventory
distribution and the automobile industry.
Enabling I 2 of 5 automatically disables Code 2 of 5.
Syntax: CAdata
Acceptable values for data are:
0 Disabled
2-32 Fixed length (even number only)
97 Variable length without a check digit
98 Case code (6 or 14) with a check digit
99 Variable length with a check digit
Caution
Using the variable length without a check digit configuration option can cause
substitution errors.
