Modem Initialization Sequence
Purpose: Defines an initialization string that the terminal sends to the modem before the modem
dial sequence.
Syntax: YM3.

A-D DTMF letters A through D
* The star digit (tone dialing only)
# The gate digit (tone dialing only)
W Wait for dial tone
