P AZ: Absolute Zero Position Set
Sets the home position of position scale.
Refer to “6.2.3. Setting Home Position” and “8.8.3.2. Teaching of Home Position in
Servo-off State” for details.

One of following alarms is not occurring.
A0>Position Sensor Error
A1>Absolute Position Error
A4>Over Speed
Sets the current commanded position to the scale home position. The commanded position
means that:
When the servo is on: Commanded position = Current position + position error
When the servo is off: Commanded position = Current position
Execution of the command AZ sets automatically the value of the parameter AO (Absolute
position scale offset).

Limits external disturbance control output (Output of observer) to specified ratio.
