CI: Insert Channel
Inserts a new channel to the position of specified channel number.
◊ Refer to “6.3.2.3. Programming” for details.
When inserting a new channel to the position of channel number “n,” the numbers of following
channel goes down by one, thus eliminating the channel with the last channel number of 255.
