Synchronizing using the IR port
When you synchronize using your handheld’s IR port, you don’t need your cable. This is especially
useful if you travel with an IR-enabled laptop.

1 Prepare your computer for IR synchronization:
a. Click the HotSync Manager icon in the taskbar in the lower-right corner of
your screen.
b. Make sure that Infrared is selected.
