10. Grasp the soft key panel assembly at
the arrows (green) where shown; lift
slightly and pull the assembly forward
enough so the ribbon cable can be
disconnected from the rear of the
assembly.
11. Disconnect the ribbon cable from
the soft key panel assembly. Proceed
to step 12.
