 SD card is defective

 Reformat the SD card (using the "SD Formatter" made by Panasonic).*
 Check the SD card insertion status.
 Replace the SD card.
 Replace the controller board.
* Do not format the SD card supplied with the main machine or sold as an option. You may only format SD cards used
for Firmware Update by the Customer Engineer.
