6. Remove the 4x4 Allen screws (thread size M5) and remove the
TIM.
To insert a new TIM follow the instruction above in reverse order.

Important
After installing a new TIM you must update the
calibration data. For instruction see Updating TIM/PCM
calibration data on page 8-78.
