Description
The global control Sync/Unsync and Freeze/Unfreeze commands can be applied to
a specific slave or to all configured PROFIBUS slaves of a group. If slave address
127 is used, all configured PROFIBUS slaves are addressed.
When unauthorized Sync and Unsync or Freeze and Unfreeze combinations are
activated simultaneously, the global control command is not executed.
The GROUP parameter can address one of the max. 8 possible PROFIBUS
groups. Assignment of a slave to a group is set in the CoDeSys interface on the
Group Assignment tab. The CONFIRM output shows execution of the function.
