APRILIA RSV4 R - Head Cover Removal; Removing Camshafts

Head cover removal
•
Unscrew and remove the three screws
with rubber washers.
•
Remove the head cover together with
the sealing gasket.
When refitting: spread a layer of sealing paste on
the external corners of the head
DURING REFITTING REPLACE THE GASKET WITH A NEW
ONE OF THE SAME TYPE.

Remove both head covers, the alter-
nator side cover and remove the cap
on the clutch cover in order to rotate
the crankshaft.
•
Remove the O ring.
