Start/Stop and Interrupt are only active in Mode 2 when the slave axis is
switched on. When an E-STOP occurs, the axis is no longer
synchronized. The equipment is stopped using "Best possible
deceleration.“

The program proceeds to the next instruction following the time period of
one cycle.

Inputs for Controlling the Measurements:
0 = Buffer the measured value, then clear counter
and re-start measurement.
1 = Clear counter and re-start measurement.
The buffered value remains intact.
2 = No change.
3 = Buffer measured value. Leave counter unchanged.
4 = Turn off Measuring.
