APE - Byte Set / Clear

This command represents an extension of the ’AEA’ command. It can be
used to switch the bits in a byte. At the same time, each of the bits can be
controlled independently.
Three different conditions are possible:
0 = The bit is set to ’0.’
1 = The bit is set to ’1.’
2 = The status of the bits remains unchanged
Example: a)

Bits 0, 4 and 5 are set to ’0.’
Bits 1 and 6 are set to ’1.’
Bits 2, 3 and 7 are not changed.
Example: b)

Bits 4, 5 and 6 are set to ’1.’
Bits 0 and 7 are not changed.
The program proceeds to the next instruction following the time period of
one cycle.
