Termination of the Data Exchange
In some cases, it can make sense to terminate the data exchange (the
slave sends no more data). The master can indicate the termination of the
data exchange to the slave by using the format 0xF in the control word
and setting the length, the L-Bit and the R-Bit to zero. The toggle bit must
be switched according to the previous state. The slave then terminates
the data exchange and waits for a new service.
