3. Function Selection
• New Patient–Used to clear patient entry screen in order
to input a new patient’s data into the database.
• Register–Used to enter new patient information into the
database prior to the exam.
NOTE: Do not auto-generate a Patient ID when registering a
patient.
• Review–Select Patient/Exam for review.
Resume Exam–You can continue the exam for that
patient if you select a previous exam for that day.

• Delete–Delete Patient/Exam.
• Exit–Used to exit Patient Menu.
