System Menu
The System menu on the monitor display can be used instead of
the Touch Panel.
Analysis Window
System Menu
Position the cursor over the analysis window and press the left
Set key. The Analysis Window system menu displays at the
cursor position.
NOTE: The system menu is dependent on mode.

Reference Image

Position the cursor over the reference image and press the left
Set key. The reference image system menu displays at the
