S3: Frequency command setting or frequency command is incorrect

Frequency command is not
recognized.
If the frequency command setting cannot be changed with
[F001] or the set frequency command is not displayed in
[F001], the frequency command is not recognized
correctly. Check the contents of this table.

The frequency command input
source is incorrect.
Check that the "Frequency input source selection [A001]
*1
"
is set correctly.

The frequency reference is set
to 0 Hz.
When the "Frequency input source selection [A001]
*1
" is set
to "Control terminal (01)", measure the voltage/current
input to the [Ai1]/[Ai2] terminals with a tester, etc., and
check whether the input voltage/current and wiring are
correct.

Set the frequency command to [F001] when the
"Frequency input source selection [A001]
*1
" is "Parameter
setting (02)".

When performing multi-speed operation ([CF1] to [CF4] or
[SF1] to [SF7]), set the frequency commands to
[A020]/[A220] to [A035] correctly.

When the frequency command
is an analog or digital
command, the motor drives at
a value different from the input
command value.
Check that the settings such as "Frequency input source
selection [A001]
*1
", "[AT] selection [A005]", analog
start/end function ([A011] to [A016], [A101] to [A105],
[A161] to [A165]), and analog adjustment gain ([C081],
[C082]) are correct.

"Forced operation [F-OP]"
input terminal or "Forced
terminal [F-TM]" input terminal
is ON.
If the "Forced command switching [F-OP]" and "Forced
terminal [F-TM]" functions are not required, turn those
inputs OFF.

Main circuit wiring is broken or
incorrect.
Check that there is no disconnection or incorrect
connection in the main circuit wiring.

Settings other than the above
or wiring etc. are incorrect.
Check that the function assignment and wiring of the
control terminals are correct. For details, refer to "9.2
Selecting Frequency Command".

S4: Frequency output shut-off/limit function is working

"Reset [RS]" input terminal is
ON.
If the [RS] terminal is ON, the inverter enters the reset
status and RUN command is not accepted. The [RS]
terminal needs to be turned OFF.

"Free run stop [FRS]" input
terminal is ON.
If the [FRS] terminal is ON, the inverter enters the free run
stop mode and RUN command is not accepted. The [FRS]
terminal needs to be turned OFF.

"Commercial power supply
change [CS]" input terminal is
ON.
If the [CS] terminal is ON, the inverter enters the mode
switched to commercial power supply shut-off and RUN
command is not accepted. Check the commercial switching
function.

"RUN enable [REN]" input
terminal has been assigned
and is turned OFF.
When the [REN] terminal is used, RUN command is not
accepted if the terminal is OFF. Check the RUN enable
signal.

"RUN direction restriction
selection [b035]" is set.
Set [b035] correctly.

"Direction reversal protection
selection [b046]" is set.

The short-circuit wire of the
[ST1]/[ST2] input terminals of
the functional safety is
disconnected or the terminals
are turned OFF.
The [ST1]/[ST2] input terminals are functional safety
terminals. When this function is not used, the short-circuit
wire must be connected.

Wirings, etc. are incorrect or
broken.
Check the output wires to the motor and the inside of the
motor for abnormalities such as broken wires.
