SENSe:SWEep:TINTerval
This command defines the time period between samples when voltage and
current digitization is controlled by the acquire trigger sequence. The sample
period can be programmed from 25 to 250 microseconds in 25 microsecond
increments.
All the MEASure commands use the ACQuire trigger sequence implicitly. These
commands always set the sample period to 25 microseconds.
Command syntax SENSe:SWEep:TINTerval <NRf+>
Parameters 25.037 through 250.37 | MAXimum | MINimum
Unit µs (microseconds)
*RST value 25.049 µs
