If the value at input CMP1-IN1 exceeds the value at input CMP1-IN2, the output CMP1-OUT
changes from LOW to HIGH.
Only if the signal at input CMP1-IN1 falls below the value of CMP1-IN2 - C0681 again, the
output changes from HIGH to LOW.
