In the default setting the terminal X5/E5 is assigned to another function.
Function

Set C0757 = 1.
•
The function is activated by simultaneously setting the inputs:
– DFRFG-QSP and DFRFG-RESET = HIGH.
•
Starting procedure:
– Signals at DFRFG-QSP and DFRFG-RESET = LOW.
– Otherwise touch probe signals are ignored.
•
A LOW-HIGH edge at terminal X5/E5 starts the process:
