Function
This monitoring reacts when the motor phases are short-circuited. It can also be a short-circuit of the
windings in the machine.
This monitoring, however, also reacts during mains connection, if there is an
earth fault.
When the monitoring reacts, thecontroller must bedisconnected from the mains and the short-circuit
must be eliminated.
