6.4 Rigging the main boom

3. On the derricking cylinder head axle:
– Take the load off of the head pin
– Release the head pin
– Pull the head pins out;

4. On the boom pivot pin:
– Open the hydraulic circuit,
– unlock the pulling device,
– retract the pivot pin;

5. Raise the main boom from the turntable;

6. Put the main boom on the separate vehicle and secure for transport;
à p. 6 - 33.
7. Secure the derricking cylinder with a tightening belt.
