CHECKLIST: Checks before operating the crane, p. 10 - 1.

This checklist is not a complete operating manual. There are accompanying
instructions, which are indicated by cross-references.
Observe the warnings and safety instructions there!
11.1.1 CHECKLIST: Rigging
1. Choose a suitable site; Ã Selecting the suitable site, p. 11 - 9.
2. Check that the parking brake is applied – if necessary, apply the parking
brake.
3. If the main boom is resting on a dolly:
– Switch off the boom floating position;

– Switch off the slewing gear freewheel;
à p. 11 - 18,
– If necessary, switch off boom pre-tensioning;
