This command monitors the parameter settings in a group.

TST: Tell Settle Time
This monitor reads out the settling time by a positioning command.
◊ Refer to “7.3. RS-232C Monitor” for the details.
◊ The settling time is the time stating from an input of the internal position command to the
first completion of a positioning operation.
◊ The readout is reset at every completion of positioning operation.
